We love our new neighborhood. When we were searching for our new home, we ONLY looked in a few locations, Downtown Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Patty Jewett/ Bonneville & Ivywild.

Hey! We live in the neighborhood, too - for many of the same reasons. Nice documentation of your renovation. Not sure if you're on Facebook, but I just started a "Community Page" for Ivywild.
